By Car

From New York
Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 33 (Lakeville Road Community Drive). From the west, go to the second traffic light and make a left turn onto Community Drive. From the east make a right onto Community Drive. The hospital entrance is approximately 1/2 mile down on  theright side. Use entrance number 3. You can park in the visitors’ parking garage. The entrance is on the right-hand side. The daily cost for parking is $6. The hospital main entrance (Monti Lobby) is directly across from the main garage entrance.

The airport closest to the hospital is LaGuardia.

From New Jersey
Take the George Washington Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway. Follow signs to the Throgs Neck Bridge. Cross the bridge and exit onto the Cross Island Parkway. Take the Cross Island Parkway to the Long Island Expressway and follow directions above from Queens.

By Bus

In the Hospital

Outpatient Registration (Registration for X-Rays and Lab Work)
Enter main hospital entrance (directly across from parking garage). This will be the Monti Lobby. Pass the security desk. Go to the end of the hall, make a right. Outpatient registration is the first door on the left.

Pre-Surgical Testing (PST)

Enter main hospital entrance (directly across from parking garage). This will be the Monti Lobby. Pass the security desk. Go to the end of the hall and make a left. Walk past two sets of elevators and halfway down the mirrored hallway. ThePST entrance will be on your left.

Same-Day Admission (SDA)
Enter main hospital entrance (directly across from parking garage). This will be the Monti Lobby. Pass the security desk. Go to the end of the hall and make a left. Walk to the Monti elevators and take them to the second floor. Follow signs to SDA.

Radiology (X-Rays & CT Scans)

Walk past two sets of elevators and through the mirrored hallway. Make a left at the next information desk. The entrance to radiology is on the left. The registration desk is halfway down the radiology hallway on the left side.

Walk past two sets of elevators and halfway down the mirrored hallway. Make a right. Follow signs for MRI Reception (it will be after the Rust Auditorium and Medical Library).

The Biomedical Research building is next to the main parking garage. When exiting the Monti Lobby toward the garage, make a right (heading toward Community Drive). The building is on your left, before Community Drive. Check in at the security desk.

Center for Neuropsychological Services (Neuropsychology Testing)

This building is located in the Community Health Center at 400 Community Drive. Take Community Drive toward the Long Island Expressway. Take entrance #5 and park in the parking lot. Enter the building, make the first right at the top of the steps. Look for Neuropsychology.
