Protocol Description
The objective of the Tobacco Dependence Treatment Program at North Shore University Hospital is to give patients the tools to quit smoking through behavior modification, use of FDA approved tobacco cessation medications (nicotine/ non nicotine) and relapse prevention strategies.
The purpose of this study is to collect data from participants that will be analyzed to evaluate the program.
Eligibility Criteria
People who are participating in the Tobacco Dependence Treatment Program at North Shore University Hospital
