Protocol Description
This study will investigate whether some leukemia cells are resistant or become resistant to chemotherapy drugs that are used to treat leukemia. In addition, we hope to learn whether attempting to make leukemia cells more sensitive to chemotherapy drugs is likely to improve response to treatment.

Patients with acute leukemia
