Protocol Description

The purpose of this study is to advance the understanding of the genetic causes of psychiatric disorders. The investigators will study DNA (the genetic material in your cells that you inherited from your parents) samples from patients, their family members, and unrelated individuals. The investigators will examine the DNA for differences or similarities in DNA sequence between individual subjects and investigate whether these differences or similarities are associated with specific aspects of the illness. 

Eligibility Criteria

Patients with psychiatric disorders, their family members and unrelated individuals
