Protocol Description

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of some amino acids called branched-chain amino acids on dopamine function in the brain.

Eligibility Criteria

Healthy male subjects ranging in age from 18 to 40 years old, including some with cannabis use disorders, and some with schizophrenia
