Protocol Description

This study is being done to find out the effects (good and bad) of different regimens of chemotherapy. The purpose of this study is to determine whether one of the following two combinations: cetuximab plus chemotherapy, or cetuximab plus bevacizumab plus chemotherapy, is better than than the combination of bevacizumab with chemotherapy in patients who do not have K-ras mutations in their tumor tissues.

Eligibility Criteria

Patients with colon or rectal cancer
