Protocol Description

The purpose of this study is to compare the use of human milk-based nutrition to cow milk-based nutrition in very low birth weight babies receiving intravenous nutrition. The researchers will test the effects of the two types of nutrition by measuring how much intravenous nutrition  baby receives, the health of your baby, and the growth and development of your baby.

Eligibility Criteria

Premature babies with very low birth weight
