A 5 year observational study (registry) of children aged 2 to <6 years at enrollment with transfusional hemosiderosis treated with deferasirox

Protocol Description

Deferasirox is a drug which has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of iron overload due to blood transfusions. This is an observational study being done to confirm that deferasirox is safe when taken for five years by children aged between 2 and 6 years at the start of treatment.

Eligibility Criteria

Children with iron overload due to blood transfusions
