Protocol Description

The purpose of this study is to find out what effects (good and bad) an intensive treatment program including high-dose chemotherapy, Rituximab (an immunotherapeutic drug) and autologous stem cell transplant (in which your depleted bone marrow will be rescued by a transplant of your own tissue), followed by treatment with the investigational agent bortezomib has on patients and their lymphoma.

Eligibility Criteria

Patients with previously untreated mantle cell lymphoma
