Prevention of Delayed Nausea: A Phase III Doubled-Blinded Placebo Controlled Clinical Trial (URCC CCOP/NCI)

Protocol Description

Despite the widespread use of a variety of anti-nausea medications, delayed nausea can still occur following chemotherapy treatment with doxorubicin and epirubicin. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of four commonly prescribed drug combinations for the control of delayed nausea in women with breast cancer receiving chemotherapy containing doxorubicin or epirubicin.  We also want to look at your quality of life while you are on this study.

Eligibility Criteria

Patients with breast cancer receiving chemotherapy containing doxorubicin or epirubicin
