Protocol Description

This study is being done to find out the good and bad effects and the safety and effectiveness of an experimental drug called tanezumab for prostatitis (chronic abacterial, or non-infectious, prostatitis). Tanezumab is an antibody that binds to nerve growth factor, which plays a part in the biological processes that cause pain. This study will also look at how tanezumab is processed and broken down by the body when it is given to subjects with chronic prostatitis.
