Protocol Description

The purpose of this study is to measure dopamine level by taking brain scans that show chemical activity. Dopamine is a chemical found in the human brain. These brain scans are taken using Positron Emission Tomography (PET). Pictures of brain structure will also be taken by using a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan. The MRI scan will take place at North Shore University Hospital (300 Community Drive, Manhasset, NY). The PET scan will take place at the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research (350 Community Drive, Manhasset, NY).

Eligibility Criteria

Patients with and without psychosis ranging in age from 18 to 40 years old
