A Phase 1b Open-Label, Two-Arm, Dose-Finding Study of E7389 in Combination with Carboplatin in Patients with Solid Tumors

Protocol Description

E7389 is an experimental drug developed from Halichondrin B, a natural substance isolated from a marine sponge. The purpose of this study is to determine the highest dose of E7389 appropriate to give to people with certain types of cancer. In addition, the study will look at the safety of the drug as well as what, if any, effects it may have on the growth of cancer when it is given together with carboplatin, a drug already used in the treatment of certain types of cancer.

Patients with solid tumors
