Protocol Description

Premature babies have a higher risk of developing sepsis while in the hospital. Sepsis is the body's response to an infection in the blood caused by bacteria. The purpose of this study is to show whether an experimental drug, pagibaximab, is safe and if it can prevent sepsis in premature babies.
