Scheduling Your First Appointment is Easy
We accept most insurance plans. One of our professional patient coordinators will answer your insurance questions and schedule an appointment that works with your busy schedule.

For your first appointment, please bring your insurance card, insurance referral (if required) and the therapy prescription from your doctor. Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and non-skid shoes.
