Protocol Description

The purpose of this study is to develop better ways to diagnose and treat gynecological diseases such as cancer.  To do this, researchers are studying tissue samples from women who are undergoing gynecological surgery.  These tissues may help researchers identify genetic causes of gynecological cancers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Participants who are scheduled to have surgery for the removal of their ovary(ies), or
• Participants who are having a hysterectomy (surgical removal of the uterus or womb), or
• Participants who are having gynecological surgery to diagnose and/or treat cancer
