If you wish to be considered for the program that begins in July 2011, the following requirements are needed:
- A completed master's degree in healthcare administration or business management by May of 2011
- Two letters of recommendation
- Graduate school transcript
- Two essays
- A completed application packet:
We recommend that you send your completed packet (including application form, 2 letters of recommendation, 2 essays, and graduate school transcript) via the US Post Office.
Your application must be received by no later than October 8, 2010.
A select number of applicants will be invited for on-site interviews that are held by appointment only on November 4, 2010.
