If you wish to be considered for the program that begins in July 2012, the following requirements are needed:
- A completed master's degree in healthcare administration or business management by May 2012
- Two letters of recommendation - 1 must be from a professor
- Resume
- Graduate school transcript
- Two essays
- A completed application packet:
We recommend that you send your completed packet (including application form, 2 letters of recommendation, resume, 2 essays, and graduate school transcript) via the US Post Office.
Your application must be received by no later than October 7, 2011.
A select number of applicants will be invited for on-site interviews that are held by appointment only on November 3, 2011.
