Becoming a Patient
Many people are referred to the Center for Wound Healing by their physicians or other health care providers. You also can call the center directly to ask for an appointment. Please bring copies of your relevant medical records, x-rays and test results to your first visit.
The center staff is familiar with the requirements of most insurance plans and will work with you to check your benefits and coverage. We are ready to help you with pre-authorization and prepared to assist you in filling out forms.
