Cecilia S. Maceda RN, BSN
Director of Care Coordination and IPRO Liaison for North Shore University Hospital
Cecilia Maceda has worked in the North Shore-LIJ Health System since May 1986. She has held the positions of staff nurse in the cardiothoracic unit, Region Care and North Shore Home Care and has served as assistant director of patient care for surgery services. She joined the Department of Care Coordination as a care coordinator and was promoted to assistant director and now director.
Cecilia is currently pursuing a master of science in nursing with a focus on leadership and management and health care informatics from Walden University. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the Greater New York Organization of Nurse Executives and the Case Management Society of America. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Case Management.
