Circumcision
If you deliver a male infant, please notify your obstetrician as soon as possible if you wish to have your baby circumcised. After your obstetrician discusses the procedure, you will be asked to sign a consent form. If you should choose to have the circumcision done by your obstetrician, it will be performed only with your written permission. Your nurse will show you how to care for your newborn after the circumcision.
