Directions to the Sleep Disorders Center

From Long Island Expressway (traveling east):
1.  Get off at exit 33 (Community Drive).
2.  At 2nd  light, make left onto Community Drive (stay in left lane).
3.  North Shore University hospital will be on your rights as you go down the hill passing largely lit parking signs that say "5, 4, 3, 2, 1."
4.  Go past the hospital entirely.
5.  After parking lot #1 (1/4-mile) make next left turn, just before the sign reading "Lake Success, Business Park."
6.  Follow the sign for "Sleep disorders Center" (bear left up the hill, over speed bumps passing the Waldbaum Dialysis Center on the right).
7.  After 3rd speed bump, make a quick right into the parking lot (building will say North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System).
8.  Proceed toward far left of parking lot, looking for 155 Community Dr. (door has sign-Sleep Disorders Center).

From Long Island Expressway (traveling west):
1.  Get off at exit 33 (community Dr.).
2.  Get into right lane, make a right turn at traffic light and get into left lane.
3.  Follow steps #3 through #8 above.

From Northern Boulevard (traveling east):
1.  Bear right onto community Drive when you see large sign for North Shore University Hospital.
2.  Pass traffic light (opposite the sign for Macy's Department Store).
3.  Just ahead is Pond Hill Road, make a right after the street into the driveway where the large sign says "Lake success, business Park."
4.  Follow steps #6 through #8 above.

From Northern Boulevard (traveling west):
1.  Make a left onto community Drive.
2.  Pass traffic light (you'll be opposite the sign for Macy's Department Store).
3.  Just ahead is Pond Hill Road , make a right after the street into the driveway where the large sign says "Lake Success, Business Park."
4. Follow steps #6 through #8 above
