Run by Change Facilitators, these sessions are used to explore underlying issues within a facility or department and generate possible solutions. Similar to Fast Track Decision-Making, sessions are run with a team of staff employees that have a stake in the issue, and feedback is given to management. Sessions are customized based on preliminary meetings with department or facility leadership and can run from two hours to a full day. These sessions often lead to follow-up education conducted by the CLI.
