Dialysis

The goal of our outpatient dialysis program is to provide dialysis care of the highest quality for our patients with end-stage renal disease. Through our multidisciplinary management and rehabilitation program, we assist patients and their families in maintaining productive lives and improving levels of function.

The health care team consists of a nephrologist, primary nurse, social worker and dietitian. The team works with you, your family and/or significant other to assist in understanding your kidney disease, adjusting to your illness, and maintaining your physical and mental well-being.

Two state-of-the-art centers provide a total of 61 treatment stations staffed with skilled registered nurses and hemodialysis technicians. To ensure on-going care, physicians, social workers, and dietary personnel are located on site. Home dialysis training for peritoneal and hemodialysis is also available.

Ample parking is available, and the center is handicap accessible. Each patient station is equipped with a color television, and Internet access for laptop users.
