From Queens and All Points West:
Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE) East to Exit 33, Community Drive/Lakeville Road, and make a left turn. Continue on Lakeville Road to Northern Boulevard (about four lights) and make a right turn. Take Northern Boulevard to the second light. At that light, to your left will be a blue glass building This is 865 Northern Boulevard. Make a left turn into the driveway to enter the underground parking facility. Take the elevators to the second Floor, Suite 202. Walk to the opposite end of the waiting area to Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Alternate Route:
Take the Grand Central Parkway East to Exit 26N (North), New Hyde Park Road. At the second light make a left turn onto the service road of the Long Island Expressway (LIE). You can only make a left turn at this light. At the next traffic light, make a right turn onto Community Drive. Continue on Community Drive to the fifth light, which is Northern Boulevard. Make a left turn onto Northern Boulevard, Come up the hill, and at the next traffic light there is a blue glass building Make a right turn into the parking area. Take the elevators to the second floor, Suite 202. Walk to the opposite end of the waiting area to Maternal Fetal Medicine.
From Long Island and All Points East:
Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE) West to Exit 33, Community Drive/Lakeville Road. Exit onto the service road and get into the two far right lanes. Make a right at that traffic light. Continue on Community Drive to Northern Boulevard. At the fifth light, make a left turn onto Northern Boulevard. At the next light, make a right turn into the driveway of the blue glass building, which is 865 Northern Boulevard. Parking is available below the building. Take the elevators to the second floor, Suite 202. Walk to the opposite end of the waiting area to Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Alternate Route:
Take the Northern State Parkway to the Grand Central Parkway to Exit 26 N (North), New Hyde Park Road. From Manhattan and All Points West:
Take the Long Island Expressway eastbound to 108th Street exit. Turn right on 108th Street. Proceed to 66th Road. Turn right on 66th Road and proceed two blocks. The hospital is on the right.
From Long Island and All Points East:
Take the Long Island Expressway westbound to 108th Street exit. Make the first left turn onto 108th Street. Proceed to 66th Road and turn right. Proceed two blocks. The hospital is on the right.
By Bus:
Take the Q-60 on Queens Boulevard (Green Bus Line). Take the Q-23 on 108th Street (Triboro Coach Company)
By Subway:
Take the G train to 67th Avenue, or take the R train to 67th Avenue, or take the E or F train to Continental Avenue. Then take the Local G or R train (west) one stop to 67th Avenue.

From New York City:
Take the Long Island Expressway eastbound to Exit 45 (Woodbury Road). Head north on Woodbury Road. Stay on Woodbury Road as it branches off to the left toward Huntington. Proceed to Main Street (Route 25A) in Huntington. Turn right and continue approximately 1/2 mile to Sabbath Day Path (you will see a blue hospital sign). Turn left. Huntington Hospital is ahead on the right.
From Eastern Long Island:
Take the Long Island Expressway west to Exit 51 North (Deer Park Avenue). Turn right onto Deer Park Avenue. Bear left at the fork in the road, follow signs toward Huntington. Stay on Park Avenue crossing the Jericho Tpke (Route 25) where the road becomes Park Avenue. Continue several miles, crossing Main Street (Route 25A) in Huntington Village. The road curves to the right. The hospital is just past the curve on the right.
From the Throgs Neck Bridge:
Take the Cross Island Parkway south exit off the Throgs Neck Bridge. Stay on the Parkway to Long Island Expressway East exit. Take the Long Island Expressway eastbound to Exit 45 (Woodbury Road). Head north on Woodbury Road. Stay on Woodbury Road as it branches off to the left toward Huntington. Proceed to Main Street (Route 25A) in Huntington. Turn right and continue approximately 1/2 mile to Sabbath Day Path (you will see a blue hospital sign). Turn left. Huntington Hospital is ahead on the right.
Via Long Island Railroad:

By Car:
Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 33. Turn north onto Community Drive (2nd left). The Hospital's main entrance (entrance #3) is approximately 1/2 mile down on the right hand side.
The hospital may also be reached via Northern Boulevard (Route 25A). Turn south off Northern Boulevard onto Community Drive. The hospital's main entrance (entrance #3) is approximately 3/4 mile down on the left-hand side.
By Bus:
