Eileen Esposito is the assistant executive director of ambulatory patient care services and quality. She is also the acting director of the medical staff services central office.

In her position, Ms. Esposito is responsible for the management and coordination of performance improvement activities and community services for the faculty practice and hospital clinics across multiple sites and settings. Ms. Esposito is a leader in setting policy and procedure for ambulatory care. She is responsible for the coordination of regulatory and accreditation compliance activities and frequently lectures on these topics. Ms. Esposito conducts site visits and functions as an expert consultant on issues of compliance.

Ms. Esposito has presented on topics of ambulatory interest at many venues, including the Joint Commission Satellite Network and the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nurses. She has published several articles in national journals on performance improvement and is a contributing author to the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nurses core curriculum.

Ms. Esposito is a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience in ambulatory care, community outreach and administration. She is certified in health care quality by the National Association of Healthcare Quality and is certified in ambulatory care by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She holds a master's degree in healthcare and public administration from Long Island University/C.W. Post and is currently working on her doctorate at Case Western Reserve University.
