Elmont Treatment Center is an outpatient satellite of The Zucker Hillside Hospital. The Elmont Treatment Center offers several levels of treatment geared to the individual needs of adults experiencing difficulty due to their use of drugs or alcohol. DWI and court evaluations performed early intervention, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization available.
The program also offers: evaluation, crisis intervention, referral, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, individual, group and family therapy, vocational evaluation, vocational counseling, activities therapy and toxicology testing. |
Hours:
Monday through Thursday, 9:00am - 9:00pm.
Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Insurance Accepted:
Medicaid, Medicare and most insurances accepted. A sliding scale exists.
