Faculty Development
Faculty Development programs support the North Shore-LIJ Health System and the School of Medicine faculty, clinicians, residents and students. The faculty development leadership planning and implementing diverse programs are committed to supporting learners across the continuum of medical education through knowledge their acquisition and skill development. Ultimately this will foster an organizational environment in which learners are empowered to continually work toward their own professional development and educational scholarship. This alignment of teaching and learning will optimize education and patient care throughout the continuum of medical education.
