The Cushing Neuroscience Institutes have created a continuum of care by building evolving multidisciplinary institutes, disease-focused centers of excellence, and programs in the clinical and investigative sciences. Access to world-class neuroscience care has become the standard for the North Shore-LIJ Health System.

All of our hospitals are New York State designated stroke centers and provide emergency care for neurologic emergencies, general neurology and neurosurgery and diagnostic tools for neurological disorders.
