To join the Adult Day Health Care Program, applicants must have demonstrated need for health care attention. Applicants are personally interviewed to determine if they can benefit from this unique program. Priority for admission is given to those living within a 5-mile radius of Franklin Hospital. Admission is based on individual need and is provided regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, gender, disability, age, marital status, gender preference or sponsor.
