Cancer at Glen Cove

The cancer program at Glen Cove Hospital is approved by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons. In 2006, the program was surveyed by the CoC, from whom we received another three-year approval in addition to commendations for the outstanding performance on four areas.

The 265-bed facility has some of the most gifted medical specialists in the area providing excellent medical and surgical care. The Don Monti Cancer Center at Glen Cove Hospital has medical oncologists/hematologists and radiation oncologists who specialize in the treatment of cancer and blood disease. The center also has oncology certified nurses, radiation therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that the multiple needs of cancer patients and their family members are met.

At Glen Cove Hospital, we strive to provide excellent medical care to our patients.
