For information on any of the division's programs, or for an appointment, the intake services unit should be contacted at (516) 674-7852.
Intake staff are available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. See the FAQ page for details about the intake process.The intake staff can also respond to questions and concerns.
