| The Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Treatment Program assists clients (adults and adolescents) in choosing, getting and keeping goals in work, social, educational and the living environment. It is intended for individuals with psychiatric disabilities who want assistance in making a change in some major area of their life; finding a job, going to school, getting vocational training, finding a better place to live or finding something meaningful to do with their time. |

Directions:
Take “F” train to 179th Street and then take bus #1, 36, 76, 77 or 43 to Francis Lewis Blvd and Hillside Avenue. By Car: Take the Grand Central Parkway to Francis Lewis Blvd, South. Travel a short distance, at the first light after 204th Street, make a right, you will be on Foothill Hill Avenue. The building will be on your left, use back entrances.
