Jessica Rosen
As a participant in the Administrative Fellowship Program, I was able to take the fullest advantage of the healthcare curriculum at graduate school because my residency let me apply my developing knowledge and skills. As I studied such subjects as advanced healthcare payment systems and cost management analysis, being a fellow reinforced my learning and enhanced my ability to make managerial decisions while keeping abreast of healthcare trends and changes.
The program provided an environment that fostered the effective relationships necessary for a career in the healthcare field, prepared me for the complexities of real-world practice and equipped me with the tools necessary to address the demands of a career in public service. Armed with a thorough and extensive background in hospital management, I can now facilitate effective polices that will enhance the workplace for both employees and employers and, ultimately, my community at large.
