Welcome to the Department of Anesthesiology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center of New York, a division of North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA). NAPA is the exclusive provider of anesthesia services for the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System.

The Department of Anesthesiology at LIJMC has 52 attending anesthesiologists and 22 certified registered nurse anesthetists providing general and sub-specialty anesthesia care at Long Island Jewish Hospital, Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center of New York, the Hillside Hospital for Psychiatric Services and the Manhasset Ambulatory Pavilion. The Department of Anesthesiology is committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients.
