The birth of a child is an event that touches every member of the family. Long Island Jewish Medical Center encourages expectant parents, grandparents and siblings of the new baby to attend our very informative programs to learn how to prepare for this wonderful event. Participants need not be patients of the hospital. 

We recommend that you sign up for classes early in your pregnancy so that you get the class of your choice at a time convenient to your busy schedule. To speak to the coordinator of the program, please call the Childbirth Education Office at (718) 470-7915.
