By car:
Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 33. Turn north onto Community Drive (2nd left). The Hospital’s main entrance (entrance #3) is approximately ½ mile down on the right hand side. The hospital may also be reached via Northern Boulevard (Route 25A). Turn south off Northern Boulevard onto Community Drive. The hospital’s main entrance (entrance #3) is approximately ½ mile down on the left-hand side.

By bus:
MSBA bus route N25, and during rush hour, N26, provide service to the hospital.

By railroad:
The hospital is a short cab ride away from Long Island Rail Road stations in Manhasset or Great Neck.

Once you arrive:
We are located on the fourth floor of the Levitt Building at North Shore University Hospital, which is accessible via the main (Monti) entrance (entrance #3). Patients may park in the Visitor/Patient Parking Garage or choose valet parking service, which is available at the Monti Building parking circle. There is handicapped parking at Entrance #1.

Parking is validated for the main visitor’s garage. Please bring your parking ticket to your appointment. We do not validate valet parking.

Eastbound

• LIE to exit 33; right onto Lakeville Road; left onto Marcus Avenue; 2800 Marcus Avenue on left

Westbound

• LIE to exit 33; proceed and left onto Lakeville Road; left on Marcus Avenue; 2800 Marcus Avenue on left
