The Research Division of the Department is devoted to advancing basic and clinical biomedical research, and training residents and students. Many of the studies focus on Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis, supported by a large Clinical Research Center grant from the National Institute on Deafness and Other Disorders, National Institutes of Health. Research Faculty have their academic appointments at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
