From Nassau and Suffolk (South Shore), take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 28A North (Seaford- Oyster Bay Expressway, Route 135 North). Continue to the end of the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway. Exit at Jericho Turnpike West (Exit 14W). Take Jericho Turnpike three quarters of a mile. Syosset Hospital is on the right.

From Nassau and Suffolk (North Shore), take the LIE to Exit 43 (South Oyster Bay Road). Go North on South Oyster Bay Road. Continue to Jericho Turnpike and make a left turn. Syosset Hospital is on the right, one-quarter mile down the road.
