Directions
The Youth Specialized Care Center is easily accessible. We are located on Northern Blvd. (Route 25A), west of Community Dr. and east of Lakeville Road.
By Car
Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 33. Turn north onto Community Dr. (second left) and pass North Shore University Hospital. Turn west (left) onto Northern Blvd., our blue glass building is on the right. Free underground parking is provided.
Long Island Expressway (eastbound): LIE to Exit 33. Continue on service road to second light and turn left onto Community Dr. Continue about 1 mile to Northern Blvd. where you will turn left. 865 Northern Blvd. will be on your right.
Long Island Expressway (westbound): LIE to Exit 33. Turn right at the first light onto Community Dr. Continue about 1 mile to Northern Blvd. where you will turn left. 865 Northern Blvd. will be on your right.
By Train
The office is a short cab ride away from the Long Island Railroad stations in Manhasset and Great Neck. Visit www.lirr.org for complete schedule and rate information.
By Bus
MSBA bus routes N20 and N21 provide service from Main St. in Flushing to a bus stop just in front of the building. Also, the N25, and during rush hour, N26, provide service to the North Shore University Hospital., which is a relatively short walk to our office.
