Director, Care Coordination

As director of care coordination, Maude Martocci oversees the daily operations for case management, discharge planning, utilization management and care coordination.

Ms. Martocci began her nursing career at North Shore University Hospital in 1975 as a staff nurse in the PACU/SICU. She held various positions within the perioperative service as well as with the Department of Surgery. In 1996, she was promoted to director of care coordination.

Ms. Martocci received her bachelor's degree in nursing from C.W. Post College and her master's degree in health administration from Hofstra University.
