| This program offers a broad range of chemical dependency services which include day treatment for adolescents and outpatient programs for adults, women, seniors, trauma victims, Spanish-speaking clients, family members and mandated DWI clients. Transportation is provided for adolescent day treatment clients. Co-morbid psychiatric disorders are also treated. We provide assessments; group, individual and family therapy; education series; community education. |

Directions:
From East: take Northern State Parkway to Exit 31 A (Route 25) Mineola. Exit ramp to Glen Cove Road make right to Jericho Turnpike - about 100 ft from exit ramp. Make left on Jericho Turnpike. Travel about 2 miles, Center is on the right next to Raynor Garage Doors.
From West: take Northern State Parkway or LIE to Shelter Rock Road. Go south on Shelter Rock Road to Herricks Road (forks right) and take to Jericho Turnpike. Make left and travel about ½ mile. We are on the left hand side.
From South: take Meadowbrook Parkway (North) to Northern State Parkway (West) to Exit 31A; follow "From East" directions from there.
