Movement disorders are neurological conditions that can result in spasticity, rigidity, tremor, involuntary movement and ataxia.
The Movement Disorders Institute is dedicated to pushing the frontiers of these neurological conditions through clinical treatment and research. In order to help you understand them better we have separated them into the following:
A team of neurological experts is dedicated to each patient to provide knowledgeable, thorough and considerate care by providing excellence in diagnosis and treatment, as well as providing an opportunity for patients to participate in a wide variety of activities to help better understand and manage their disease.
The Movement Disorders Institute is also committed to discovering more about these diseases in hopes providing better treatment. At the Movement Disorders Research Center the focus is on improving lives by advancing treatments and cures for illness and disease.
