Directions:
Long Island Expressway, South on Little Neck Parkway; left on Union Turnpike to 263rd St., left two blocks to 74th Ave, turn right and proceed straight ahead to the entry to the Ambulatory Care Pavillion grounds.

Grand Central-Northern State Parkway, Exit at Lakeville Rd but continue to Union Turnpike, make a right on Union Turnpike to 263rd St., make a right for two blocks to 74th Ave., turn right and proceed straight ahead to the entry to Ambulatory Care Pavillion grounds.
