North Shore-LIJ Recruits Reproductive Specialist
MANHASSET, NY – The North Shore-LIJ Center for Human Reproduction today announced the recruitment of Mary E. Rausch, MD, a specialist in polycystic ovary syndrome and ectopic pregnancy. Dr. Rausch will begin seeing patients in August at The Specialty Medical Center , North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset and Huntington Hospital.
Dr. Rausch received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her medical degree from Columbia University. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center. Following her residency, Dr. Rausch went on to receive her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Rausch is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Resident Research Award at Columbia University Medical Center and the Society for Gynecologic Investigation President’s Presenter Award. In addition, she is a member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, The Endocrine Society, and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
