Long Island Expressway: Take I-495 to exit 44S for NY-135 S/Seaford and travel for 4.8 miles. Take exit 7W for New York 24 W toward Hempstead. Merge onto Hempstead Turnpike for 0.2 miles and make a U-turn at Seitz Drive. Arrive at the Urgent Care Center on the right.
