Nursing Leadership
A good team begins with a good leader. We are fortunate to have nursing leadership with exemplary skills and experience that lend their guidance and expertise to our nursing team every day. Many of our nursing leaders have worked their way up through North Shore University Hospital and so have invaluable insight into all levels of nursing. The culture of the North Shore-LIJ Health System, which places a premium on educating and promoting from within, has helped nurture these leaders and is cultivating more.
