The Cushing Neuroscience Institutes reated Spine Centers to provide comprehensive neurosurgical care for patients suffering from disorders of the spine. These disorders include back and neck pain as a result of to degenerative changes in the spine such as stenosis, osteoporosis, herniated discs, trauma and even tumors.

The North Shore-LIJ Health System Spine Centers provide state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary spine care to help patients regain mobility and return to active, independent lives.

Patients receive a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan from the institutes’ neurosurgeons as well as orthopedic surgeons.
