Learning Objectives

The learner will engage in a personalized professional development session that has been designed according to a needs assessment.

Course Description

The SOURCE is open every other Wednesday from 8:00am-10:00am or 10:00am-12:00pm by appointment only. Individualized two- hour sessions are facilitated by system educators, targeting specific learning needs.
Sessions may be requested by site educators, unit managers, or may be self- referred. Topics include but are not limited to:

• Medication Dosage Calculation
• Medication Safety
• Physical Assessment
• Critical Thinking
• Prioritization & Organization
• Time Management
• Mutually agreed upon topics can be customized to meet the learner’s needs
