Program assists clients in getting and keeping competitive employment. Clients are assigned to a job coach to work with on or off the work site. Program provides assistance to consumers with mental health disabilities who have difficulty finding and maintaining employment.
Participants must have a primary Axis I psychiatric diagnosis and are referred by a mental health professional and their psychiatrist. Assistance with developing employment goal, resume writing, completing applications, interviewing, improving work behavior, advocacy with employers, benefits counseling and follow along support to maintain employment. |

Directions:
Take “F” train to 179th Street and then take bus #1, 36, 76, 77, or 43 to Francis Lewis Blvd and Hillside Avenue. By Car: Take the Grand Central Parkway to Francis Lewis South. Travel a short distance, at the first light after 204th Street, make a right, you will be on Foothill Avenue. The building will be on your left, use back entrances.
