Today, an important part of women's health is routine breast health, which can significantly affect one's health. Although detecting breast cancer at its earliest stages is the main goal of routine breast care, other benign conditions, such as fibrocystic breasts, are often discovered.

The information provided has been designed to help you understand the various types of benign (non-cancerous) breast changes that women experience, as well as understand screening for the early detection of breast cancer.
